Politica di cancellazione
We always recommend that you take out good travel insurance.
It may happen that your holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the booker or their representative must notify us in writing or by telephone. In most cases, a cancellation or change will incur costs. In addition to the booking and other costs owed, the following applies: • In case of cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 15% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation from the 90th day up to the 60th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation from the 60th day up to the 31st day before arrival: 75% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation from the 31st day up to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the rental price; • In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.
Cancellation by Finca Gordo:
In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, B&B Finca Gordo is entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation: A. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions to the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, B. Death of one of the owners or immediate family members, etc. under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be required of B&B Finca Gordo. This also applies to termination of the business and/or sale of the property.
Modifications: If a guest wishes to modify an agreement, this can be done up to 30 days before arrival. The booking may not be cheaper after modification than the original booking. Modification fees may apply for these changes.
Substitution: If the reservation is transferred in its entirety to a third party, the booker must notify Finca Gordo in writing. Amendment fees will be charged for these changes. Amounts already paid will be considered as paid by the transferee. The transferring and transferring parties must arrange this between themselves.
