Houserules
*The minimum stay in our B&B is 2 nights *Breakfast is served in the morning between 8:00 and 10:00. *The B&B is accessible 24 hours a day. *Third parties are prohibited from using the B&B. Visitors are not allowed to stay or spend the night in the B&B without the owner's permission. *Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the common areas or anywhere else indoors, other guests on the terraces should not be bothered by it. You are also urgently requested to ask for an ashtray to put out the butts. Please be very careful with fire due to the risk of fire. *Swimming pool is accessible from 8:00 to 23:00, read the hygiene rules at the pool first, before entering. *Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 23:00. *Check-out from 8:00 to 11:00 at the latest. Different times in consultation with the host/hostess. *Guests can park their car in the parking spaces within the gates of the B&B. Parking is at your own risk.
- In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, the B&B is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to suspend it temporarily without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close family members, etc. under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be demanded of the B&B.
