On holiday without too much CORONA fear near Málaga
Time for action after Corona.I think everyone's completely fed up with it by now, and yet we can't ignore it. We have a Casa Rural in a fantastic location in Andalusia, near Malaga. No coronavirus has been detected in our village of Riogordo yet, and incidentally, the situation hasn't been as severe in all of Andalusia as it has been in the Netherlands. Our "estate" is 7,800 m² with plenty of seating areas, and each room has its own entrance and terrace. You can relax at the pool at a comfortable distance from other guests. So, social distancing is a given. From our Bed & Breakfast, you can embark on several walks, where you'll normally only encounter a goat herder with his flock. Of course, there are also various excursions to villages, towns, and nature reserves.
What are we doing to keep our Finca “Corona free”?
1. Our rooms are hygienic and easy to clean. As an added bonus, we add a small amount of chlorine to the water during this period for additional disinfection.
2. Our linen and bath towels are washed and ironed at high temperatures by the local industrial laundry.
3. Breakfast can be served on your private terrace in front of your room, if desired, so that there is little to no contact with other guests. It's your choice, as the breakfast terrace is also plenty large enough.
4. The pool is already disinfected with chlorine, but we ask that you do not use it at the same time as other guests and that you wait 10 minutes before the next couple enters.
5. There is also an alternative for our cozy table: we can serve on your own terrace or ensure 1.5 meters of distance.
6. Are the restaurants not open yet, or are you still a bit nervous about eating in? We have agreements with several restaurants to pick up takeaway and serve it on your private terrace. Think of a delicious wood-fired pizza, half a chicken, or a full dinner. Wine and other drinks are available at the honesty bar.
7. The refrigerator and honesty bar door handles are disinfected regularly and we ask that you do not put anything back.
8. But last but not least, we ask that you wash your hands with the disinfectant gel available at the parking lot when entering the Finca. This way, we can reduce the risk of infection to almost zero.
