We're bringing in the Michelin star chefs!

We've been running our B&B for over a year now, and judging by the reviews, our guests have appreciated our efforts. We've been richly rewarded and are enjoying all the positive feedback.
Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic hit, and everything took a different turn. During the three months we were "locked up" in our palace, we behaved like guests. We tried out different rooms, relaxed by the pool, and of course, swam, and enjoyed ourselves.
Unfortunately, there was no one to serve us breakfast, so we made it ourselves. We did extensive testing and practicing for dinner and lunch, and that wasn't disappointing either. But despite someone once writing in a review: "The dinner was top-notch," we think it could be even better and have found our match in our area.

Leon Winthagen, former Michelin-starred chef at his restaurant de Boterbloem in Heerlen, has settled in our village. While he may have lost his star, he hasn't lost his culinary skills. He now prepares delicious lunches and dinners here at affordable prices. We can hire him for you alone, or if the rest of your guests would like to enjoy the experience, as a "CHEF TO SHARE."

Furthermore, a superb restaurant has opened in Riogordo, run by Chef Ryan Murphy. This chef has cooked at Michelin-starred restaurants in major cities (Daniel NYC Chef Daniel Boulud, Jean Georges NYC, Operkallaren Stockholm). From Friday to Sunday, you can visit his restaurant, and during the week, he can prepare a home-cooked meal for us to serve.
Thanks to these two gentlemen, we can provide gourmet meals in a homely atmosphere, with optional wine pairings. But please note: we do need to notify them in advance so they can prepare the mise en place.

But let us be clear, you remain our most special star and we will do everything we can to give you an unforgettable and safe stay.
