Food and Drink
Breakfast: We serve a delicious breakfast with as many local products as possible. We tailor it to your needs, so feel free to let us know what you'd like. Some people enjoy a yogurt and muesli breakfast, while others prefer a freshly baked roll with an egg, homemade GORDO bread, cheese, meat, or something sweet. We don't serve everything as standard, as we want to avoid waste. If you'd like to be pampered with something like Cava, that's available for a small additional charge.Lunch: We don't usually provide this meal. But if you're hungry and we're there, don't hesitate to ask. We'll see what delicious options we can make for you.
Dinner: Dinner isn't standard. But just like lunch, you can ask us if we can cater. We always try to have enough vegetables on hand to serve a delicious salad with some regional cheese and sausage. A few times a week, Peter heads into the kitchen to prepare a three-course meal for the shared table, in consultation with the guests. Peter is an amateur chef and quite accomplished. He once competed on a cooking show and didn't make it to the final eight, but he did make it into the top 30 of over 500 candidates. Marina is the one responsible for ensuring a beautifully set table and often takes charge of the desserts. Together, they have treated many a guest to a wonderful culinary evening.
Snacks or tapas: If you've had a leisurely lunch somewhere and aren't really hungry anymore, we can arrange a cheese and sausage platter with baguette and a delicious bottle of red or white wine. All you have to do is sit down and enjoy the delicious food with a glass of wine and, of course, the beautiful view.
Honesty Bar: Our Finca has a central area where you can make coffee and tea, and a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, wine, and beer. Refreshments are available at the bar at reasonable prices. Take whatever you like, write it down in the notebook, and you'll settle the bill with us at the end of your stay. We appreciate it if you don't consume your own food and drinks at our Finca, but we understand if you've found a special bottle or sausage and want to enjoy it during your stay.
